Elizabeth Shaw is a highly experienced NDIS Specialist Support Coordinator  with more than twenty years across the NDIS, disability, and community sectors, complemented by significant time living and working in remote First Nations communities. 

Elizabeth combines professional expertise with lived experience as someone supporting a family member with a disability, giving her a grounded understanding of the challenges families face when navigating complex systems and securing the right supports. 

Known for her calm, organised, and practical leadership style, she excels in reducing risk, breaking down barriers, and building participant capacity to achieve meaningful, long term outcomes.

She has extensive knowledge of local communities and strong capability in navigating the interfaces between the NDIS and mainstream systems including health, mental health, justice, education, and family services. 

Elizabeth is recognised for her integrity, clear communication, and ability to build strong stakeholder relationships that enhance service quality and participant outcomes.

Tara Harding is a highly experienced senior leader and Support Coordination professional with more than 20 years’ experience across disability services, community development, employment services, and executive management. 

She brings a strong person-centred, ethical, and outcomes-driven approach, with proven success in leading large multidisciplinary teams, managing complex NDIS participants, and delivering compliant, high-quality services. 

Tara has a demonstrated ability to build strong stakeholder relationships, manage risk and incidents, drive organisational growth, and deliver large-scale programs and projects with measurable outcomes. Known for her integrity, strategic thinking, and calm leadership in complex environments, she consistently improves service quality while empowering individuals, teams, and communities to achieve sustainable outcomes.

She applies a strengths-based, culturally responsive approach to leadership and service delivery, ensuring dignity, choice, and control remain central to all practice.
