Yalburu Connect was created in June 2024 to provide NDIS and youth service supports designed to work alongside Yalburu Yumba's Youth Residential Care model of supports. It also provides continuity of care when young people transition into adulthood and living in the community. Yalburu Connect partners with Yalburu Yumba to provide Cultural Camps and Programs.
NDIS and youth service supports are child safe, culturally safe and trauma-informed supports designed to create environments where young people can thrive emotionally, mentally, physically, and culturally, building the resilience, tools and skills they need for an empowered and fulfilling future.
Our team of qualified and passionate staff is committed to extending the same high-quality, impactful support to all young people with a disability.
We are NDIS registered and can support agency-managed, plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants.
