About Our Services at Yalburu Connect

Yalburu Yumba, who provide youth residential supports, proudly hold 70% ownership of Yalburu Connect, who provide NDIS and youth support services. The two organisations work in partnership to deliver high‑quality disability supports and culturally grounded programs for children in youth residential care or who are transitioning into living in the community. 

We understand that navigating the NDIS can feel overwhelming without the right guidance. 

Our Support Coordination service empowers participants to build capacity, understand their plan, and connect with the providers, mainstream and community supports that help them live an empowered life with confidence and independence.  

We understand that everyday life feels easier and more meaningful when the right support is by your side. Our Support Workers provide practical assistance, encouragement, and connection, helping participants build skills, maintain independence, and engage confidently in their community.
