About Yalburu Connect
Our History
Yalburu Connect Pty Ltd was created in June 2024 to provide NDIS and youth service supports designed to work alongside Yalburu Yumba's Youth Residential Care model of supports as well as provide continuity of care when young people transition into adulthood and then live in the community. Yalburu Connect also partners with Yalburu Yumba who provides Cultural Camps.
NDIS and youth service supports are child safe, culturally safe and trauma-informed supports designed to create environments where young people can thrive emotionally, mentally, physically, and culturally, building the resilience, tools and skills they need for an empowered and fulfilling future.
Our team of qualified and passionate staff is committed to extending the same high-quality, impactful support to all young people with a disability.
We are currently in the process of registering with NDIS and can support plan managed and self-managed NDIS participants.
Our Vision
Our vision is to see young people become confident, independent individuals with a deep sense of identity, strong cultural connections, and resilience to pursue an empowered life. We aim to equip them with tools, relationships, and skills to succeed beyond our support and contribute positively to their communities.
NDIS Programs
Yalburu Connect is in the process of becoming NDIS registered. We can currently provide supports for plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants only.

Yalburu Connect partners with Yalburu Yumba who provides Cultural Camps.
N.B. Yalburu Connect does not provide personal care or manual handling eg wheelchair/hoist supports.
